Inconnu Lodge provides its clients with some of the best dining in the Yukon from re-imagined familiar favorites to more current contemporary dishes. Our menu has consisted of ocean wise and organic ingredients for over 20 years, along with seasonally inspired selections and the use of only the best ingredients. Our kitchen staff works diligently everyday to serve you the client, no dietary requirement or preference is to much for us to handle. From the bar appetizer service, to the nightly three course meals served on the main table, our knowledge of local flavors and herbs produces exceptional food. The Chef along with his assistants and servers work to provide the best service possible for such a remote location. Every summer many friendships are forged amongst clients through traveling, fishing, and most importantly eating together.
